UK Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched on the date of order if the order is completed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) or before 12pm (Saturday). We do not process or dispatch on Sundays.

Shipping rates
FREE shipping to the UK. No additional charges at checkout.

Shipment method
Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard (3-5 business days).

We do not provide overnight, next day, expediated or time-slot delivery options.

Delays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and dispatch of shipments may be delayed by one working day.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the current Covid pandemic. If we are advised of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Exclusions
We do not provide shipping to P.O box addresses.


International Shipping Policy

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Clemanor Games Ltd is not responsible for any local customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
